We are seeking a Part-Time Stylist to join our team at ISLE Newport for the summer season. The ideal candidate will deliver a thoughtful, personalized in-store experience—from welcoming customers and assisting with sales to offering styling guidance, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

This role requires a high level of independence and responsibility, including the ability to confidently manage the store during solo shifts.

Core Responsibilities

– Represent the ISLE point of view through both style and service

– Deliver a warm, elevated, and highly personalized shopping experience

– Build genuine relationships with customers through thoughtful service and styling guidance

– Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently speak to fit, fabrication, and styling

– Support daily operations including POS, cash wrap, and inventory awareness

– Maintain visual standards across the store, including merchandising, restocking, and organization

– Operate independently during shifts, including opening and closing the store

Minimum Requirements

– Availability for 15–25 hours per week, including holidays and weekends

– Ability to work independently and confidently manage the store

– Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required

– Naturally personable with a polished and professional presence

– Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated

– Comfortable taking initiative and problem-solving independently

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
